This late harvest is 100% Furmint variety; typical grape of the Tokaji region. This non-vintage wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks and harvested in mid-November.
Pairing:
Good aperitif. Perfect accompaniment to foie and pates, cheeses and desserts.
Tasting notes:
The late harvest is light golden in color, has light apricot and botrytis aromas on the nose; and a fresh green apple flavor on the palate. The elegant acidity offsets the sweetness and forms a perfect harmony.
