Organoleptic examination: Intense cherry red color, clean and bright. Aroma of ripe red and black fruit, with a marked Andalusian character, balsamic, mineral and spicy. In the mouth it is tasty, tannic and powerful, with a slight hint of jam that makes it distinguished and special.

Temperature: Recommended serving temperature is 14ºC.
