ELABORATION
The grapes are harvested by hand, passing through the sorting table, selecting the best berries. It is then cold macerated in small pre-fermentation tanks for three days. Fermentation lasts 18 days, after which the wine is transferred to French oak barrels for 14 months before being bottled for bottle aging.
ASPECT
Dark garnet color with violet tones. Its intense color with a lot of layer gives a visual sensation of very high fleshiness.
AROMA
Wine of great aromatic intensity with aspects that stand out as its minerality, as well as red fruit, such as berries and blackberries. Once oxygenated, the barrel notes appear, such as smoked and toasted notes. With more vigorous oxygenation, spices, mint and licorice are captured.
TASTE
With a lot of character, with an intense and deep body that fills the palate when savored. The fruit notes mingle with those from barrel aging. The aftertaste is very long and persistent.
