This pate is recommended for a snack spread on bread, as it has a very soft and tasty texture, or with our variety of regañás, and you can give it a touch with some of the different balsamic creams of La Chinata such as cherry, fig or truffle, as they will provide a slightly sweet air, as well as with our wide variety of vegetable jams, such as onion or bell pepper. It can also be a good accompaniment or dressing to offer a distinctive touch to dishes such as stews or roasted meats, even rice dishes.
We recommend serving the pâté slightly chilled if it is to be eaten spread on bread, to enhance its nuances in the mouth, and it pairs perfectly with our red wine La Chinata.
