The typical homemade “sweet” Chorizo from Leon is made with pork meat, smoked and cured with cold and frost, with a characteristic dark-red color and a peculiar aroma due to the curing system.
It is presented in the shape of a horseshoe, with the ends tied and joined by a thread to hang them on the poles where the smoking process is carried out.
It comes vacuum packed and its approximate weight is 500gr.
