The Monovarietal Hojiblanca La Chinata is the juice of olives of the Hojiblanca variety, very characteristic of Andalusia, found mainly in the provinces of Seville, south of Cordoba and Malaga. In these areas, we harvest only those fruits that have the properties that we consider fundamental to obtain an Extra Virgin of very high quality.

The olives are harvested early, which allows us to produce a higher quality EVOO and thus guarantee the preservation of its organoleptic properties (250ml).

The Hojiblanca La Chinata variety is known for its vegetal flavor with sweet touches at the beginning of tasting, leaving a slight sharpness in the throat and a final aftertaste of almonds. Likewise, its aroma is reminiscent of fresh fruit, such as freshly cut grass, and white flowers.

It is the ideal EVOO variety for blue fish such as tuna or salmon, as well as for meat or fish carpaccios.
