La Chinata Boletus and Truffle cream is elaborated with two ingredients highly valued by gastronomic experts: boletus and truffle, two delicacies with a very intense smell and flavor and whose combination is a culinary experience.

This cream is perfect with red wine and can be used for a multitude of red meat recipes, pastas, sauces, quiches, omelets, vegetables, potatoes, risottos and foie (180g).

Truffles are ideal for a multitude of recipes and are widely used in haute cuisine, with a delicate and penetrating aroma. It is a small subway fungus that has a great nutritional value and a high fiber content, as well as being a source of iron and potassium.

The boletus, on the other hand, has a very decisive mild flavor and is a great source of fiber, antioxidants and other attributes that help prevent cancer or cholesterol.

 

Boletus edulis (68,5%), Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) (4%), salt, aroma, garlic, acidity corrector (lactic acid), pepper. May contain traces of milk, nuts and peanuts.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from sources of light and heat. Once opened, keep in the refrigerator, covering the product with Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Consume within 9 days.
