This pate is recommended for a snack spread on bread, as it has a very soft and tasty texture, or with our variety of regañás, and can be given a touch with some of the different La Chinata balsamic creams such as cherry, fig or truffle, as they will give it a slightly sweet air, as well as with our wide variety of jams, such as pear. It can also be a good accompaniment or dressing to offer a distinctive touch to dishes such as stews or roasted meats.
We recommend serving the pâté slightly chilled if it is to be eaten spread on bread, to enhance its nuances in the mouth, and it pairs perfectly with our red wine La Chinata.
