PATATERA BLACK PUDDING PÂTÉ

Patatera black pudding pate is made with this typical Extremaduran sausage and is an emblem of the province of Cáceres, as it represents part of its history and geography, thanks to the use of the different raw materials that crown the region such as pork and its meadows, seasonal potatoes produced in their orchards and paprika de la vera, as well as the oil from their olive trees (120g).

It is a sausage increasingly used in haute cuisine for its unique flavor and its great ability to pair with a multitude of dishes. For this reason, we recommend this pâté to be added to croquettes, potato omelets, stews or sauces. It can even be eaten spread on bread or in our regañás, with a final touch of flower honey, as well as with our range of caramelized products, vegetables and our Torta del Casar cheese spread, to make a 100% Extremaduran tapa, accompanied with our red wine La Chinata.
