After preparation, various spices and medicinal plants are extracted, e.g. (chamomile flower, Java pepper, coriander) with a high alcohol content. After a suitable time, the extract is shaken from time to time and the alcoholic mixture of spices is poured into the still. This is followed by a long and careful, very slow and gentle distillation (8-10 hours)
During the distillation process, the brewmasters separate the unwanted fractions, so that at the end of the process, only the finished product, which still has a high alcohol level, enters the holding tank. This is followed by a rest of several days in an acid-resistant vessel.
In the meantime, the product is sensorially monitored for changes. When the chefs consider it good, the bubble level is adjusted with distilled water. Then we achieve the green color with a natural dye. After resting for several days or weeks, we start bottling the finished product.
