Viriato Gran Reserva dry cured cheese is made using raw sheep’s milk and is matured for approximately 12 months.
It is a Manchego type cheese due to the characteristic dry cheese flavor provided by the raw sheep’s milk and its long ripening period.
We recommend Viriato Gran Reserva dry cured cheese as an appetizer or starter, as part of a high quality cheese board or in salads with gourmet cheese. It is also ideal to serve in tapas, accompanied by a good wine.
