In this product we find the sum of properties of peppers and green olives. On the one hand, the bell pepper is a great antioxidant and its content in provitamin A (Beta carotene and cryptoxanthin) that the organism transforms into vitamin A is remarkable. It also contains vitamins B, C and E. And among the minerals, it is worth mentioning the presence of potassium, and to a lesser extent, magnesium, phosphorus and calcium.

Green olives provide vitamins (such as vitamin A, E and B group vitamins), as well as minerals (phosphorus, iodine, potassium, magnesium and calcium) and antioxidants.

 

Green olives (75%), bell pepper (17%), extra virgin olive oil, salt, acidity regulator (lactic acid). May contain traces of cashews, almonds, gluten and milk derivatives.
