The charcoal-roasted red bell pepper delight is a spreadable spread on bread, especially on sandwiches of any kind, made with red bell pepper (73%) roasted over charcoal embers and extra virgin olive oil (25%). Its ingredients are completed with a little garlic, natural squeezed lemon and salt. Net weight 140 grams. The bell pepper is roasted, the skin is removed without the use of water and the olive oil is emulsified. It is a special flavor contribution for that white meat sandwich, or white tuna, or a classic vegetable. Once opened, keep in the refrigerator between 2ºC and 5ºC for a maximum of 11 days.
