Varieties: Grenache
Winemaking: Fermentation and maceration of the grapes for three weeks. Subsequently, it remains in the cellar for more than a year, making the second fermentation in the bottle.
Serving temperature: 6ºC
Appearance: Clean with red and pinkish tones. It has a soft release of small bubbles that form several rosaries until reaching the surface.
Aroma: Soft fragrance with aromas of fruit, raspberry and cassis. Tertiary aromas from aging on the lees also stand out, giving it more vinous and syrupy characters.
Taste: The palate is very full with a splendid bubbly sensation that fills the palate. The red fruit also appears more marked than in the nose. With a long persistence.
