This pâté is recommended for a snack spread on bread, as it has a very soft and tasty texture, or with our variety of “regañás” and “picos”, and can be given a special touch with our great variety of vegetable jams, as well as with our Caramelized Onion with Sherry Vinegar. It can also be a good accompaniment or dressing to offer a distinctive touch to fish, rice and pasta dishes.
It is recommended to serve the pâté slightly chilled if it is to be eaten spread on bread, to enhance its nuances in the mouth, and it pairs perfectly with our Cepas Blanco.
