It is one of the best-known Hungarian craft gins, with modern 24-component flavor. We managed to have the harmony of flavors with long exciting experimentations when we finally created Cornflower Gin in 2019. The drink fuses the softness of acacia and lime blossoms with the strong character of juniper and the exciting aroma of more than twenty natural flowers and spices and components.
The typical blue color of the distillate comes from the cornflower petals. The carefully selected cornflowers represent for us the tradition of craftsmanship. Their fragrance is in harmony with their flavor and they invite us to discover and savor the 24 vegetal components. When savored, after the first encounter of floral and fruity nature, comes a long finish characteristic of juniper.
COMPONENTS
We have been working for many years to combine the plants well and find the ideal proportions. The result is a flavor with an exceptional floral and aromatic character in which the fruit nuances harmonize with the juniper. The gin prepared with the country’s wild flowers and natural raw materials has 24 components. The most characteristic are juniper, acacia and linden flowers, orange blossom, allspice and peppermint.
