Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is characterized fundamentally by four factors:
- An intense yellow color with some traces of green.
- A sweet and flat taste, without the spiciness and bitterness characteristic of the oils from the south of Spain. This results in a very pleasant taste on the palate that makes the tasting of these Vírgenes a real pleasure.
- A very dense ripe fruit aroma.
- A very high content of fatty acids, which makes these virgins one of the most perfect of all those obtained in the different olive-growing areas of Spain.
The region of the Sierra de Gata is known for its olives, mostly destined for direct consumption. We are talking about table olives, known throughout Spain as “manzanilla cacereña”. They are very similar in texture and flavor, which leaves a pleasant aroma on the palate. And part of that aroma can be appreciated in our EVOO, since we use the smaller ones that cannot be destined for direct consumption, so La Chinata Extra Virgin Olive Oil inherits their virtues and best-known characteristics.
The EVOO has a very convenient design with a spray bottle, ideal for dosing the amount used. It is recommended to accompany with the Sherry Vinegar D.O.P. in spray bottle, with the same packaging and format, a perfect convoy for its presentation and its great quality, to use at home in the day to day or to transport easily in outdoor lunches.
