ELABORATION
The grapes are harvested separately for each variety and manually, after a strict ripening control. Fermented in stainless steel tanks for 18 days, the wine is blended and aged in barrels for one year and then refined in the bottle.
ASPECT
Dark garnet colored wine with great persistence.
AROMA
Its oak ageing stands out, mixed with fruity aromas that give it great finesse and complexity.
TASTE
It is full and complex, smooth and balanced on the palate. A wine with a predominance of slightly smoky red fruits.
