Organoleptic examination: Straw yellow color, bright, with golden rim. Medium-high intensity. Aroma of white and floral fruits, with a marked mineral and herbaceous character and light touches of white spices. The palate is citrusy, saline and enveloping texture and its final memory is elegant, long, with some bitterness in the aftertaste.
Type of bottle: Burgundy.
Temperature: It is recommended to serve at about 10ºC.
