Organoleptic Examination:Garnet color with a taupe rim, clean and bright. Aroma of fresh red and black fruits, with balsamic background and very marked minerality. In the mouth it is fleshy, with pronounced acidity and hints of oxidation reminiscent of cocoa, cumin and leather.
